The story of RSVISION began in 2017, but the passion for fast cars has driven our CEO Radek Sčensný since the 1990s – when a hobby gradually turned into a lifelong pursuit and a vision for building a company of his own.
Over more than two decades in motorsport, Radek participated in testing and developing new racing cars such as the ŠKODA Fabia R5, working with factory teams in top-level rallies both in the Czech Republic and abroad. His career evolved from mechanic to car technician, car engineer, and later project manager in a company specializing in vehicle development and production.
These experiences revealed that the key to successful projects lies in the right team. Motivated to bring a new approach to the industry, Radek founded RSVISION – a company focused not just on providing manpower but on connecting talented professionals with meaningful projects in motorsport and automotive development. Through this approach, we continue to push boundaries and create value for both our clients and our employees.
Over seventeen years in motorsport, Radek Sčensný contributed to numerous achievements, including victory at the J-WRC World Championship in 2009 with Martin Prokop. He further expanded his expertise through long-term cooperation with ŠKODA Motorsport.
A milestone year marked by the construction of a modern company headquarters in Velké Hamry. This new facility provided the foundation for further expansion and allowed RSVISION to strengthen its in-house production and development capabilities.
In the same year, RSVISION established a strategic partnership with ŠKODA AUTO, which significantly enhanced our market position and opened new opportunities for collaboration in automotive development.
A year of growth marked by the creation of a new assembly and production facility in Držkov, near Velké Hamry. This expansion increased both our capacity and operational efficiency.
In July 2023, RSVISION moved into our newly renovated premises in Jablonec nad Nisou, allowing us to respond more effectively to client needs and prepare for the next stages of development.
