3D Printing & Custom Prototyping

We design and deliver technical solutions for automotive, motorsport, and industrial applications.
Our approach combines engineering expertise with practical execution – helping companies complete both development and production successfully.

Technologies we work with:

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) – Powder Sintering with a Laser

How it works:
A laser selectively sinters powdered material layer by layer – without the need for support structures. The result is a strong and durable part.

Materials:

Nylon (PA12), polyamide, glass fiber, or metallic powders (in advanced variants).

Advantages:

  • High mechanical strength
  • No support structures required
  • Ideal for functional parts and complex geometries

Limitations:

  • Higher material and equipment costs
  • More demanding post-processing (removal of excess powder)

Equipment:
Formlabs Fuse

SLA (Stereolithography) Resin Photopolymerization

How it works:

Liquid photopolymer resin is cured layer by layer using UV light.

Materials:
A wide range of resins – flexible, rigid, durable, ESD, biocompatible, and more.

Advantages:

  • Exceptional detail and smooth surface finish
  • Perfect for jewelry, miniatures, and dental applications
  • High aesthetic quality

Limitations:

  • More complex post-processing (cleaning, UV curing)
  • Slightly higher production cost

Equipment:

Formlabs 3+

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) – Melting and Extrusion of Plastic

How it works:

Filament is melted and deposited layer by layer precisely where needed.
Materials:
PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and other thermoplastics.

Advantages:

  • Fast production at reasonable cost
  • Easy maintenance and wide material availability

Considerations:
Layer lines may remain visible; for a flawless surface finish, additional post-processing is recommended.

Equipment:
Prusa XL (5-head), 2× Prusa MK4S, 2× Prusa Core One, 1× Markforged Mark Two

3D Scanning

3D scanning allows physical objects to be quickly and accurately transformed into digital 3D models.
The result is a detailed digital representation ready for further modification, analysis, or use as a basis for design and production.
Outputs are precise, compatible with standard CAD systems, and easily usable for reverse engineering, quality control, or documentation.
We’ll help you select the most suitable scanning method for your needs and ensure results that meet your technical specifications exactly.

Materials for Every Application

Each project has its own demands – that’s why material selection is tailored to the intended application.
Whether you need high strength, flexibility, or precise detail, we’ll help you choose the ideal variant.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

Easy to print and eco-friendly. Ideal for design concepts and less demanding prototypes.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)

High strength and resistance to chemicals, moisture, and wear. Perfect for functional technical components.

PC (Polycarbonate)

Maximum strength and temperature resistance – the best choice for parts exposed to extreme conditions.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

Flexible and vibration-damping. Suitable for components subject to mechanical stress.

Nylon PA12

Durable and tough plastic with excellent mechanical properties. Handles even the most demanding operating conditions.

Resin (resins)

Extremely detailed surface finish, ideal for complex shapes requiring maximum precision.

How We Work – Step by Step

1

Submit Your Request

Send us your requirements – ideally with a model or sketch, but a description of your idea works too.
The more specific the information, the more accurate your prototype will be.

2

Receive a Tailored Offer

We’ll prepare a detailed proposal, recommending the most suitable technology and material for your needs.

3

Confirm and We’ll Begin

Before production starts, you’ll receive a preview for final review.
Only after your approval do we proceed with manufacturing.

4

Production & Delivery

Your parts are printed, inspected, finished, and delivered directly to you.
You’ll stay informed throughout the process with regular updates on project status.

Not Sure How to Start?
We’ll help you find the right solution.

Whether you already have a complete design or just an idea, together we’ll select the right technology, material, and production method.
Our team will explain the options and recommend an approach that makes sense – both technically and economically.
